This is the selection criteria of a recent Siebel Analyst/Developer role.
- Extensive experience with Siebel 8 design and development with an understanding/experience in upgrading to Siebel 8;
- Demonstrated strong understanding of Siebel implementations in a large and complex multi-tiered multi-platform environment;
- Proven experience with production of technical procedures, technical issues/risk and other technical documentation required to support the project and Siebel applications;
- Proven experience in Business Intelligence (BI) – Publisher or Oracle Secure Enterprise Search (OSES) implementation; and
- Demonstrated capability to communicate at a high standard, orally, in writing and graphically with a wide range of business and IT staff thus enabling the specified personnel to work effectively in a team environment, and assist with the transfer of knowledge and understanding of the Siebel 8 skill-set with team members and business clients.
